it is very unfortunate that we have to write here.. we are very disappointed with the product that received. there were broken chair which is understandable but what about the damaged legs and damaged PU leather on the chairs? we complaint to Alibaba and they were not ready to listen and they were forcing us to accept the resolution which was $1000 for the compensation of the broken chairs 13. but who will take care of the other damaged product like chipped legs and damaged PU leather on green chairs? I did order 325 chairs and spent about 24000. and I am getting response is like there is no problem with the usage.. really? new chairs are just for usage? we ordered new chairs for look as well usage both purpose supplier plays game in delaying to file for claim so that we will miss 30 days window and once you are done than trade assurance doesn’t reply to the customer’s. really appreciate Alibaba.com we haven’t expected this from alibaba. contact me at 4142358889 for more info.

1)We shipped goods on time where alibaba showed. 2)For the chair broken etc problems you asked USD5000 returned,I am matching you to solve from beginning positively since 5th,Jan,however,all will be compensated based on evidences which you gave aren’t enough,so USA logistic refused the compensation to us ,the same evidences submitted on alibaba,however,Ailibaba gave final case result that we compensate USD740 and Alibaba will compensate you USD260,total is USD1000 which is based on the evidences you submitted,however, you didn’t agree this amount in valid case window and yourself lost the window of Alibaba. However,now you play games again to agree with the total amount usd1000 ,so yourself know whether your evidences are enough for USD5000 or not. 3)Alibaba is a very fair platform for buyer & seller or it won’t attract more and more customers to do business on this. 4)Because this assessment replied not have the window for me to submit screenshots for all I said above, if any cus
